1) the surgical phase: this phase is performed by a specialist - periodontists and oral surgeons and they will perform the evaluations, surgery, and placement of the implant system. Our office does not perform the surgery and placement of implants. . Once the implant has been placed, the implant must integrate into your 

2) the restorative phase: your care would continue in our office to restore the implant with a dental implant crown.
